SHIPPING POLICY


DELIVERY INSPECTION

IMPORTANT: Please open, inspect, and count all cartons upon delivery.


If damage has occurred, please save all merchandise, packaging, and cartons. Not doing so may impact your damage claim.


DAMAGE CLAIMS


For UPS, FedEx, & USPS Shipments:

If you receive damaged merchandise, contact Parrot Goods customer service immediately. We will file the damage claim on your behalf and guide you through the replacement process.


For Common Carrier/Freight Shipments:

- Open and inspect all cartons BEFORE the driver leaves

- Note any damage (even minor) on BOTH copies of the delivery receipt

- Take photos of the shipment and any damage

- Complete all documentation before signing and allowing the driver to leave

- Contact us immediately with photos and details


IMPORTANT NOTE: Concealed damage claims (damage discovered after the driver has left) are typically denied by carriers. While we will do everything possible to assist you, we cannot be held responsible for loss ivery to the carrier.
