WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our products come with a manufacturer's 6-month limited warranty that covers defective parts and materials. Products are warranted to meet standard specifications and be free from defects in material or workmanship.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our customer service team. This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of any return shipment. Packages without a valid RA# will be returned to sender at the buyer's expense.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- Your product is defective
- Your product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
